TO MAKE A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE:

Card Payments:

For Online Card Payments, we offer Refunds. Returns for items bought at full price are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (Online Card Payment only).

Please note that shipping Fees will not be refunded.

OUR RETURN POLICY:

Return shipping fees will be covered by customer.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from dirt, dust, hair, fragrances, and foreign odours including smoke, free of makeup stains, with all tags & original packaging.

*Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

If you have received an item which you think may be faulty or damaged, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email.

For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.

SALE ITEMS:

We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items. Sale Items can either receive store credit for the same value of the product(s) or be exchanged with the same product of different sizes.
